I’ve been working on several projects over the last couple of months, and overall they’ve gone quite well. So now that I’ve got some free time, I’m going to be working on something special for people who are struggling to build their network marketing business online.

Look, I know first hand what it’s like to spend hours upon hours trying to build a network marketing business online and failing every time. I know the frustration first hand. I’ve been there and done that.

I also know what it’s like to get so totally frustrated with this business that you’re ready to throw in the towel and quit. If you’d like to read one of my rants on network marketing, then read this. I wrote it in a fit of anger after receiving over 100 emails on the latest greatest network marketing opportunity to hit the planet (just being sarcastic here folks).

You see, I actually love network marketing, and I’ve made some great money promoting it. So with that in mind, I’m working on a special project to help the newbie and experienced networker alike. This will show you exactly what I do when I decide to promote an opportunity. Of course, as always, the choice to actually do what is necessary to succeed in network marketing is entirely up to you.

Oh yeah… Did I mention that it would be free?

For the last few weeks I’ve been contemplating what I should really be doing, not only with this blog, but with my ideas and future goals for my web business. Like I stated in this post earlier this month, I wanted to take some time each day to talk about how I make money online and explore the different ways to do so.

However, I’ve yet to take action on this desire. And it makes me wonder if that is indeed what I should be doing.

Making money online isn’t hard. The main problem is that most people don’t take action. They do what I’ve been doing with this blog. They plan, ponder, scheme, dream, and start, but back away after a short amount of time.

Usually it’s because people are as afraid of success as they are of failure. They are afraid of risking it all. Of looking like a fool. So they choose to not take any action, and in so doing condemn themselves to mediocrity.

What’s important for you to understand is that I am as susceptible to this as anyone else. Maybe even more, because I have interests in other areas that are making money and I know, deep down, that my time could possibly be better spent expanding those interests.

But that internal understanding doesn’t make the desire to help others achieve even a small amount of success online go away.

And hence this post.

If you come here often, you’ll notice I’ve once again changed the theme and that 99.9% of the advertising is gone. As a matter of fact, as of this moment, there is no real advertising in place and I haven’t decided if any of it will return.

Like everything else with this blog, I am undecided.

I love affiliate marketing. Not only is it one of the easiest ways for someone new to internet marketing to make money online quickly, it’s also one of the most lucrative once you really understand what affiliate marketing is all about. There are literally tens of thousands of people worldwide who are making money online, right this minute, promoting other people’s products. And you can join them.

Some of the key benefits include:

• There are no products to stock
• You don’t have to worry about product delivery, shipment, or billing
• There are no customer service issues
• No employees to manage
• No 1-800 numbers to pay for
• No Merchant Account required

…and the list goes on.

So just what is Affiliate Marketing?

I could go into grand detail here, but honestly you can find a comprehensive explanation of what affiliate marketing is over at Wikipedia. It’s full of interesting information, including the history of affiliate marketing and some of the current issues. Of course, if you don’t have the time to read all that, then here’s the short version.

Businesses need to move products and services to make money. Affiliate Marketers help businesses do just that by helping them find customers. In return, the business rewards the affiliate with a small commission. It’s win win win. The customer gets what they want, the business makes a sale, and the affiliate earns a commission.

Basically an Affiliate Marketers offer opinions, suggestions, critiques, and reviews on products and services. And in return is rewarded for his or her effort.

I hope this gives you an idea why I believe that affiliate marketing is the best way for someone to get started making money online.
